So when I first started blogging I made a pact that I was also going to start exercising more and eating healthier. This has been a rather hard journey for me but I have managed to lose a stone in weight and made some good friends whilst doing so!
Instead of zumba, I swapped that with spin classes which made me work a lot harder than what I was used to which is great for cardio. I also tried pilates which I preferred to yoga because it incorporated your abs a lot more. I still workout 3 or 4 times a week which is probably why I have seen some progress.
My eating habbit changed a little bit but I still have days where I will eat a packet of chips for tea or some pizza. But I will blame the stress of exams for that!
